ORIGINAL SERIES

The orriginal MAC series, with razor-sharp knives of rust-resistant Japanese high-carbon steel. Thin and slightly flexible blades for effortless slicing. Ergonomic upswept handles for better knuckle clearance and natural cutting angle. Rounded tips for safety, and convenient holes for hanging. Not dishwasher safe.


UK-80, Utility Knife, 200mm blade

All-purpose utility knife for cutting and slicing.

CK-90, Carving Knife, 225mm blade

Long-bladed carving knife. Effortless carves up ham, roast, turkey, vegetables, cabbage, and fruit.





FK-70, Fillet Knife, 175mm blade

Thin, flexible, blade for filleting and slicing fish, as well as deboning chicken. Great for slicing cold cuts, and cutting sandiches, sushi rolls and cake.





CL-6, Cleaver Knife, 170mm
Lightweight "deba style" cleaver knife for heavier tasks.





PK-40, Paring Knife, 105mm blade

Ergonomically designed paring knife with upswept handle and razorsharp blade. Great for peeling.
